Article 1: Definitions
Platform: The environment in which all agreements are concluded and private sellers offer their products.
User: Anyone who uses www.Boxstock.com and any other domains that Boxstock has.
Purchase agreement: The agreement that is concluded between a private seller and buyer with Boxstock as intermediary.
Customer: A user of the platform who places an order.
Seller: A third-party, private party that offers its shoes through the Boxstock platform.
Account: The account created by the user.
Mediator: Intermediary between buyer and seller.
Coupon: A discount issued by Boxstock.
Selling price: Seller's price where shipping, VAT and service charges are added.

Article 3: Accounts and privacy
1. To use Boxstock, the user must at all times have an account and a valid e-mail address.
2. When registering an account you are obliged to share your real data, it is not allowed to give a false name or age.
3. It is not allowed to choose a racist or insulting username, if this is done Boxstock is authorized to block the user.
4. The customer is responsible for choosing a password, Boxstock recommends choosing a diverse password for ultimate security.
5. It is not allowed to let third parties offer a product through your account.
6. The customer is responsible for providing correct, valid data.
7. Boxstock is authorized to block or remove accounts. Boxstock is authorized to judge this if necessary.
8. The customer declares to act in accordance with the terms and conditions of Boxstock and other rules and legislation.
9. It is possible to create one account per person.
10. The customer accepts that his name and address details, e-mail address and payment details are provided to Boxstock insofar as these are necessary for the execution of the purchase agreement.
11. Boxstock will not sell the information it has obtained.
Article 4: Buy
1. The customer acknowledges that Boxstock only serves as an intermediary, the purchase agreement arises when the customer has purchased the products offered.
2. If the buyer has questions about the delivered product, he/she should contact Boxstock.
3. The buyer is responsible for the actions he/she performs on Boxstock domains.
4. If there is a dispute between the buyer and Boxstock, the buyer must contact Boxstock to reach an agreement. Boxstock's decision will be leading in this regard. Both buyer and seller are obliged to cooperate with this solution.
Article 5: Ownership and authentication
1. The seller remains the owner of the product until the moment of the sale transfer. Boxstock only has the products on consignment, provided the seller chooses the consignment sales method and will never own these products.
2. The seller is authorized to reclaim the shoes with the consignment sales method, when the shoes are reclaimed, the seller will have to pay the shipping costs of the shipment to Boxstock and the shipping back to the seller.
3. Boxstock is authorized to reject products if they do not meet the requirements.
4. The requirements that Boxstock sets for the products are; damage free, unworn and authentic. Boxstock requires that the products be delivered in the original, damage-free packaging with all associated items.
5. When the products meet all the requirements, Boxstock takes them on consignment and the shoe is published on the website.
Article 6: Returns
1. It is not possible to return products, if the customer is not satisfied he / she can resell this product through Boxstock.
2. Cases in which return is possible: Wrong size supplied by Boxstock and Boxstock cannot prove to have delivered the correct product, wrong product supplied by Boxstock and Boxstock cannot prove to have delivered the correct product. In this case, the shipping costs are for Boxstock. Products where the tag has been removed are in any case no longer valid for return.
3. When returning is possible according to the regulations given in article 6.2, the buyer must do this within 14 working days. After these 14 days, Boxstock is no longer obliged to accept the shoes.
4. When the wrong product is delivered, the buyer is obliged to return it at the expense of Boxstock, Boxstock is authorized to assess when a product has been delivered incorrectly. If Boxstock does not acknowledge their mistake, return is not obligatory.
Article 7: Forgery and fraud
1. Boxstock only accepts completely unworn, authentic and damage-free products.
2. For counterfeit products or products that do not meet the standards specified in Article 5.4, Boxstock will charge the seller 20 euros. In this case, the shipping costs are also for the seller.
3. In the event of a damaged box, Boxstock will consult with the buying and selling party for a financial solution.
4. If a seller who has opted for the Resell or consign sales method does not send the sneakers within 48 hours, Boxstock is authorized to impose a fine of 20 euros,
5. Boxstock is fully capable of determining for itself when a product meets the standards and when it does not.
6. Boxstock's decision is final, if the opinion on the requirements of Article 5.4 differ between the buyer and Boxstock, Boxstock has sole jurisdiction to decide on subsequent steps. Boxstock is the expert in this matter and will check the shoes extensively and thoroughly with the right techniques and knowledge.
7. The buyer is not authorized to take further action against Boxstock's expertise.
Article 8: Contact between Boxstock and user
1. By accepting the general terms and conditions, the user agrees that Boxstock may store contact between Boxstock and the user and keep it for 2 years.
2. Boxstock is solely responsible for the communication between the user and the contact options indicated on the website.
Article 9: Applicable law
The private sales conditions and the private sellership are exclusively derived from Dutch law, any disputes will therefore be submitted to the Dutch court.
Article 10: Offers
Offers are only valid for the term indicated by Boxstock, however, Hessel has the authority to withdraw these offers earlier.
Article 11: Liability
1. The private seller is fully responsible and liable for the use of his/her account.
2. Boxstock is not liable for damage to the products or costs, the only exception to this is when this damage is intentionally caused by Boxstock.
3. The Private Seller undertakes in its activities under this agreement to fully comply with all applicable privacy laws and regulations, according to the Personal Data Protection Act, and indemnifies Boxstock against all damage and/or costs of any kind in this regard.
4. The seller remains liable for any damage to the product until 2 weeks after the transfer of purchase.
Article 12: Payment and payout
1. Boxstock charges 10% of the sale price with the Resell method and 7.5% with the Consignment method and deducts this together with the shipping costs of sending to Boxstock from the amount that the seller receives for the product. Boxstock must be paid to the seller within 7-14 business days.
2. Boxstock charges 15 euro service costs to the buyer.
Article 13: Offer
1. The items offered must meet the requirements of Article 7.1
2. Boxstock is solely authorized to determine which products are offered on the platform. Boxstock may remove products at any time without the seller's consent.
3. Boxstock is authorized to prohibit certain products from being offered on Boxstock.
4. Boxstock is at all times authorized to adjust the offer.
Article 14: Selling
1. The seller is responsible for entering the correct payment details. Boxstock is not liable if incorrect data has been entered.
2. If products are purchased through Boxstock, the seller must adhere to all rules.
3. The seller retains ownership during the sales process.
4. The products must be sent within 48 hours, if this is not done Boxstock is entitled to refuse the sale and to charge a fine of 20 euros.
5. When sending, it is important that the seller keeps the proof of shipment, if he loses it, the shipment is not insured and no claim can be made in the event of a mistake by the postal company. The seller is then liable.
Article 15: Services
1. Boxstock only serves as an intermediary between the seller and buyer and therefore does not sell products itself.
2. Boxstock is authorized to hold the money in a suspense account when the buyer has purchased a product, after a maximum of 14 working days Boxstock will transfer the money to the seller on the specified account number.
3. All products should be sent to Boxstock's specified postal address.
Article 16: Warranties and obligations
1. By accepting the conditions, the seller declares that he/she is responsible for the products that are sent.
2. By accepting the terms and conditions, the user declares that he/she will not harm Boxstock or its environment.
3. By accepting the terms and conditions, the user declares that he/she fully adheres to Boxstock's guidelines and that it complies with all rules that Boxstock draws up regarding trading via the platform.
4. By accepting the terms and conditions, the user declares that it indemnifies Boxstock against all claims for damages resulting from non-compliance with the guarantees of an article.
Article 17: Termination of sales shelf via Boxstock
Boxstock is authorized to close sellers, in whole or in part, from their platform. This will be done when Boxstock suspects the user is acting in violation of their guidelines.
Article 18: Miscellaneous
1. Boxstock prohibits trading in the name of the company. When someone does, Boxstock is completely exempted from this.
2. Boxstock is authorized to adjust the sales agreement and general terms and conditions at all times. However, these will only apply from the moment the changes have been implemented.
3. By accepting the general terms and conditions, Boxstock is authorized to contact you by email about the use of the platform, offers or other information.
4. When a coupon is used that is worth more than the purchase price, it is not possible to receive the remainder in cash.
5. Forging discount codes is prohibited.
6. Discount codes may never be used more than once.
