The sizing per brand and model is displayed in our Boxstock size guide below. With our detailed explanation and examples you can easily discover which size or type of sneaker you need.
Regular W & GS
Sneakers usually have different sizing series, so we grouped all similar sizes under one fit to make it easy for you. Nike mainly uses these 3 fits:
Regular
Regular sneakers are originally designed for men/unisex and follow a regular fit. These sneakers do not have an abbreviation after the name, like W or GS.
How do regular/men’s sneakers fit compared to W and GS?
When changing from GS or W to a regular sneaker, it is recommended to go one size smaller than your usual GS or W size.
Women (W)
W sneakers have the exact same look, details and material as regular sneakers. The only difference is that these sneakers have a more narrow design than regular sneakers.
How do W sneakers fit compared to regular and GS?
When changing from regular/men’s to a W sneaker, it is recommended to go one size bigger than your usual size.
GS sneakers have a smaller fit compared to regular sneakers, just like W sneakers. As a result, there is almost no difference between W and GS. When switching from GS to W, the same size or 0.5 size smaller is recommended.
Grade School (GS)
GS sneakers, also known as “kids”, have a smaller fit than regular sneakers. This is because these sneakers are originally designed for kids. There is often a difference in detail with these sneakers when compared to the larger size series: the logo could be smaller or design details could be lost within the sneaker. This combined with the fit ensures that GS sneakers can give a different look and feel to a model, often it is described as a more "cute look". GS sneakers can be worn by anyone.
How do GS sneakers fit compared to W and regular?
Just like W sneakers, GS has a smaller fit, so there is almost no difference between W and GS. When switching from W to GS, the same size or 0.5 size larger is recommended.
Compared to regular/men's sneakers, 0.5 to 1 size larger is recommended for GS.

How do I know which size Nike fits me?
Make sure to compare the fit of the Nike sneaker you desire to a pair you already own. Some sneakers have smaller/narrower designs than others; the Air force 1 for instance has a wider fit than the Dunk or Sacai. This shouldn’t be a problem but if you have wider feet going up 0.5 size usually fits perfectly.
Air force 1 to Dunk of Sacai, get the same or 0.5 size bigger.
Yeezy to Nike, go 0.5 to 1 size smaller.
